Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WebForSpeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You sign in with Google OAuth — we do not store passwords. We may suspend or restrict access to any account at our discretion, for example in response to abuse.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

WebForSpeed is an AI chat application that gives you access to many third-party large language models — including models such as GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and DeepSeek — routed through OpenRouter. We are an aggregator: the models are operated by their respective providers, not by us.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and may not reflect current events. We make no warranty about the accuracy or reliability of any output. Do not rely on the Service for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice, and independently verify anything important.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity.
• Abuse, attack, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, including via scraping, automated bulk access, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
• Bypass, probe, or interfere with our access controls or billing — or resell, sublicense, or share your access with others.
• Generate or distribute content that violates the policies of the underlying model providers, or that is harmful, deceptive, or infringes others' rights.

WebForSpeed is a paid service with monthly plans starting at $3/month. Each plan includes a usage budget that covers the underlying model costs; once that budget is used for a billing period, additional usage may be limited until the next period.

Plans renew monthly with no annual lock-in. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

Bringing your own model API key is not currently supported; all model access is bundled into your plan.

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the inputs you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your prompts.

Your use of model outputs is also subject to the terms of the model providers whose models generated them. The WebForSpeed name, software, and design remain our property, and these Terms grant you no license to them beyond using the Service as intended.

WebForSpeed relies on third-party services to operate, including Google (sign-in), Supabase (database and authentication), OpenRouter and the underlying model providers (AI inference), and Vercel (hosting).

Your use of the Service through these providers is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebForSpeed and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your plan. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required to protect the Service or other users.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where WebForSpeed operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
